1. Agreement
By accessing seowebranker.com or using SEOWebRanker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
SEOWebRanker is a subscription software platform for SEO analytics. Features may include keyword rank tracking, website audits, backlink monitoring, competitor analysis, AI-generated recommendations, weekly email reports, and exportable PDF reports. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchase.
3. Service usage
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the websites, keywords, and data you add to your account, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions
SEOWebRanker is offered as a paid monthly subscription. Current plan names, prices, and included features are shown on our pricing section. We may change plan features or prices with notice before the change applies to a renewal.
5. Billing and renewals
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. Charges are billed in advance for each monthly period. Payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle appears as the seller on invoices and payment statements and collects applicable taxes where required.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel anytime. Customers can cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid the following month’s charge. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the period already paid. We do not continue billing after a valid cancellation takes effect.
7. Refund policy
Because the service is digital subscription software, fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Paddle’s buyer protection or a written commitment from us says otherwise. 8. Free trials
We may offer a free trial. Trial access is limited in time and may exclude some features. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, a paid subscription may begin and then renew monthly.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service to attack, scrape, or disrupt third-party sites beyond ordinary SEO analysis of properties you are authorized to assess
- Attempt to access other customers’ data
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement
- Use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity
10. Intellectual property
SEOWebRanker, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your paid subscription. You retain ownership of the website data and keywords you submit. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.
11. Third-party services
Billing is handled by Paddle. Search engines, browsers, and other third-party systems are outside our control. Rankings, crawl results, and similar data can change and are provided for informational purposes.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic results, or uninterrupted operation. SEO outcomes depend on many factors we do not control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOWebRanker and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
14. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
