1. Agreement
PrimeLinks IT operates SEOWebRanker at seowebranker.com. By accessing the site or using SEOWebRanker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
SEOWebRanker is an early-stage subscription software platform for organizing website projects and target keywords, crawling public pages for technical SEO findings, generating evidence-based recommendations, and saving reports for PDF export. Ranking, backlink, and competitor metrics are not available in this version. Features and usage limits depend on the plan you purchase.
3. Service usage
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the websites, keywords, and data you add to your account, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions
SEOWebRanker offers a 14-day free trial followed by optional paid monthly plans. Current plan names, prices, and included features are shown in our pricing section. We may change plan features or prices with notice before the change applies to a renewal.
5. Billing and renewals
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. Charges are billed in advance for each monthly period. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and processes payments, applicable taxes, payment-related customer inquiries, and returns. Paddle may appear as the seller on invoices and payment statements. Payment transactions are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the applicable purchase, without providing a reason. To meet this deadline, your request must reach us within that 14-day period. You can also cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid the following month’s charge. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the period already paid unless the cancellation is accompanied by a refund request. We do not continue billing after a valid cancellation takes effect.
7. Refund policy
You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the applicable purchase without providing a reason. After that period, fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a buyer-protection policy or a written commitment from us says otherwise. 8. Free trials
We provide a 14-day trial after you complete workspace setup. No payment method is required for the trial, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Trial access ends after 14 days unless you choose a plan and complete checkout. A paid plan renews monthly until canceled before its next billing date.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service to attack, scrape, or disrupt third-party sites beyond ordinary SEO analysis of properties you are authorized to assess
- Attempt to access other customers’ data
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement
- Use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity
10. Intellectual property
SEOWebRanker, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active trial or paid subscription. You retain ownership of the website data and keywords you submit. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.
11. Third-party services
Billing is handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Search engines, browsers, and other third-party systems are outside our control. Rankings, crawl results, and similar data can change and are provided for informational purposes.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic results, or uninterrupted operation. SEO outcomes depend on many factors we do not control.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOWebRanker and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
14. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
